At Salt Sand Sunshine, I hope you'll be delighted with your handmade purchase. However, if you're not completely happy, this policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed through this website.

Returns

You may return your item within 28 days of receiving it if you decide it's not quite right for you.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know you'd like to return it.

  • Once your return has been accepted, you'll have a further 14 days to send the item back.

  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.

Exchanges

As every Salt Sand Sunshine bag is handmade and many are one of a kind, exchanges are subject to availability.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products.

  • Items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
