At Salt Sand Sunshine, all orders are sent with care using Royal Mail 48 Tracked — whether you order through this website or Etsy.

📦 Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible:

• Ready-made items: within 48 hours of purchase

• Custom-made or personalised items: within 3–5 working days

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

🚚 Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked for all orders.
This service usually delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch (UK only) and includes full tracking.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK only.

🛍️ Etsy Orders

If you’ve placed your order via Etsy, the same dispatch times and shipping service apply.

You’ll receive tracking information through the platform once your item has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we’re happy to resend it — though additional postage may apply.
