At Salt Sand Sunshine, every order is carefully packed and dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, whether you purchase through this website or via Etsy.
Dispatch Times
I aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Ready-made items: within 48 hours of purchase.

Custom-made or personalised items: within 3–5 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email (or Etsy notification) with your tracking information.
Delivery
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch and includes full tracking.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
At present, I ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders Placed Through Etsy
If you've ordered through my Etsy shop, the same dispatch times and Royal Mail Tracked 48 service apply.
You'll receive your tracking information through Etsy once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because delivery could not be completed, I'm happy to resend it. Please note that additional postage charges may apply.
